By using this website, paying for a course or mentorship, or joining one of our groups, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Risk Disclaimer and our Refund Policy.
If you don't agree, please don't use our services.
Who can join
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll or join our community. You are responsible for making sure that learning and trading in financial markets is allowed where you live.
What we offer
- Advanced ICT Trading Course: recorded video lessons across 16 modules.
- Mentorship: guidance from Mubashar Rehman, including daily live sessions on Google Meet and WhatsApp.
- Community and signals: WhatsApp groups for market discussion, trade ideas and updates.
What each program includes, and its price, is described on its page or confirmed to you before you pay.
Enrollment and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). We accept payment by bank transfer. Your enrollment is confirmed once we receive and verify your payment, and we then send you access details by email or WhatsApp.
If a program is paid in instalments or as a subscription, access continues while payments are up to date.
Course access
Your access is personal to you. You may not share your login, video links or group invite with anyone else.
"Lifetime access" means access for as long as we continue to offer that course. If we ever close a course, we will give enrolled students at least 30 days' notice so they can finish watching.
Our content
All course videos, notes, charts, strategies (including the Eagle Sniper Model), session recordings, graphics and website text belong to Crowned Rich Traders. You may use them for your own learning. You may not:
- record, download, copy or screenshot course material to share with others;
- upload our content to other websites, groups or channels;
- resell, rename or teach our material as your own.
If we find our content being shared, we may remove your access without a refund.
Community rules
Our groups work because members respect each other. In any group we run, please:
- be respectful: no abuse, harassment or discrimination;
- don't advertise, spam, sell signals or promote other groups or services;
- don't share other members' phone numbers, messages or personal details outside the group;
- don't ask members for money or offer to manage their accounts.
Admins may remove messages or members who break these rules.
No financial advice
Everything we teach and share is education. It is not financial advice, and you are responsible for your own trading decisions. Please read our Risk Disclaimer before you trade.
Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
Ending access
You can leave a group or stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, misuse our content, or behave in a way that harms other members. Where the breach is serious, such as sharing paid content, no refund is due.
Limits of our responsibility
We work to keep our website, videos and sessions available and accurate, but we can't promise they will always be error-free or uninterrupted, for example during internet or platform outages.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses or indirect losses. If we are found liable for anything, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the program concerned.
Changes
We may update our programs, prices and these terms. Price changes never affect a program you have already paid for. The date at the top shows when these terms last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Islamabad, although we would always rather sort out a problem by talking to you first.
