Privacy Policy

Crowned Rich Traders offers trading education, mentorship and a trading community, led by Mubashar Rehman. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Crowned Rich Traders.

This policy covers crownedrichtraders.com, our courses, mentorship sessions and the WhatsApp groups we run.

Information you give us

• Contact form and messages: your name, email address, phone number and whatever you write to us.
• Enrollment: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, the course or program you chose, and a payment reference so we can confirm your payment.
• Mentorship: notes about your trading goals and experience, and any trades or screenshots you share for review.

We don't collect or store your card or bank login details. Payments are made by bank transfer, and the banks involved handle your payment details under their own policies.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the website, our hosting and analytics tools record technical details such as your IP address, browser, device type, the pages you open and how you arrived at the site.

• to reply to your questions and messages;
• to enroll you, confirm payment and give you access to course videos, sessions and groups;
• to run mentorship sessions and give you feedback on your trading;
• to send updates about your course, session times or changes to our services;
• to understand how people use the website so we can improve it;
• to keep our website, courses and community secure and to meet legal requirements.

We only send marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them, and every message tells you how to stop them.

Cookies are small files your browser stores. We use them to keep the website working properly and, through Google Analytics, to count visits and see which pages are useful. Google Analytics gives us combined statistics, not your name.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out add-on. The website still works without them.

Our community and live sessions run on WhatsApp and Google Meet. When you join, those services process your data under their own privacy policies.

We never sell your personal information. We share it only when we need to:

• Service providers that help us run the business, such as our web host, email provider, payment providers, video hosting and Google Analytics. They may only use it to provide their service to us.
• Legal reasons, when the law, a court or a government authority requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

Some of these providers store data outside Pakistan. When that happens we choose providers that protect data with recognised security standards.

• Contact form messages: up to 24 months after our last conversation.
• Student and payment records: for as long as you have access to a course, plus 5 years for accounting and legal purposes.
• Analytics data: for the period set in Google Analytics, currently 14 months.

After that we delete the information or remove anything that identifies you.

Our website runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection, access to student information is limited to the people who need it, and we use strong passwords on the accounts we manage. No system is completely secure, so if we ever learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you.

You can ask us to:

• show you the personal information we hold about you;
• correct anything that is wrong;
• delete your information, unless we need to keep it for legal or accounting reasons;
• stop sending you marketing messages;
• remove you from a WhatsApp group.

Email info@crownedrichtraders.com with your request. We reply within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity first.

Our courses and community are for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has shared information with us, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will also let enrolled students know by email or WhatsApp.
